PREMISES – Operator warrants that the premises shall be left in original condition as upon arrival; this

includes picking up trash at and around Operator’s premises.

SET-UP AND DEPARTURE – Operator shall set up its Business Booth in accordance with the rules set by POGEM Administration in tandem with the host convention center staff. Set up may begin at 4:00 pm. Wednesday’s set up will be permitted, without security representation, upon request and notification. Booth shall be ready to begin operation by 7:00 am Thursday. Spaces will be standard in size unless otherwise stated requested and additional space paid for.

BOOTH RULES: Booth assignments are made by POGEM Administration on operational and space requirements of the event. Therefore, POGEM Administration reserves the right to refuse any application. Vendors must be checked in and materials placed in the assigned booth space during the designated set-up time. Failure to set up during designated times, proper removal of set up/breakdown vehicles from event grounds, or changing booth locations will be cause for removal of vendor. All merchandise should be clearly marked. Booth fee is for space.

The event host may provide an additional table, chairs, or electrical cords upon request. Booth spaces are for individual vendors and may not be shared. Vendors can supply one (1) additional table for vending use during the conference for a $50.00 one-time fee.

Hours of Operation: Vending is not permitting during sessions or services.

Each day of the conference, vendor hours are constricted to:

8:00 - 9:00AM

10:45 - 12:00PM

4:00 - 7:00PM

10:00 – CLOSING

Sales: All vendors are individually responsible for the collection and payment of state and local sales taxes. Sales are the endeavors of the vendor and consumers. Vendor shall sell to Customer. Customer shall purchase from Vendor. Unleashed Crusade Reloaded 2023 in tandem with POGEM Administration shall not be held liable for any and all transactions in which the Vendor or Customer should have a complaint. All disagreements are devoid of Unleashed Crusade Reloaded 2023 in tandem with POGEM Administration.
